Al Pacino has become a father for the fourth time, according to his publicist, Stan Rosenfield, who confirmed the news to The Associated Press. The 83-year-old actor and his 29-year-old partner, Noor Alfallah, have welcomed a son named Roman. Although specific details about the birth, such as the date and location, have not been disclosed, TMZ initially reported the news.
Roman is Pacino’s fourth child but his first with Alfallah. He has a 33-year-old daughter named Julie Marie from his previous relationship with acting coach Jan Tarrant, as well as 22-year-old twins named Anton and Olivia with actor Beverly D’Angelo.
Pacino and Alfallah reportedly began dating last year. Alfallah, who identifies herself as a “raconteur” on her Instagram page, is also listed as a producer on two movies currently in post-production, one of which is “Billy Knight,” featuring Pacino in a starring role.
This announcement about Pacino’s new baby closely follows the recent news of his longtime friend and fellow actor Robert De Niro also becoming a father again. Last month, a representative for the 79-year-old De Niro confirmed that he had welcomed his seventh child.
